Author Joanne Lipman in conversation with Edward Felsenthal about her new book That’s What She Said: What Men Need To Know (and Women Need To Tell Them) About Working Together.

Joanne, former Chief Content Officer of Gannett and Editor in Chief of USA Today, was joined by  Montclair resident Edward Felsenthal, Editor-in-Chief of TIME Magazine, to discuss the behaviors that men and women can change to help close the gender gap.  Joanne cited numerous research studies that reveal our culture’s negative patterns but she provided tips to create a dynamic working environment which benefits women, men and the greater good of the company.
