What is the Library of Things?

The Library of Things is a collection of non-traditional materials including gadgets, tools, games, kits, electronics, and more — all available to check out for free with a library card. Need something for a one-time project or want to try before you buy? Check it out from the Library of Things! The Montclair Public Library plans to launch its Library of Things in the first half of 2023.

 

Do you want to help build the new Library of Things?

If you have a unique tool or machine or other “thing” in good working condition that you’d like to donate, please send a photo and brief description to info@montclairplf.org. We’ll contact you if it’s something we can use!
